Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 August 2026.
1. Acceptance
By creating an Aerlet mailbox, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't create an account. Aerlet B.V. ("Aerlet", "we", "us") is registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
2. The service
Aerlet provides a paid email mailbox at an address ending in@aerlet.com, accessible over standard IMAP/SMTP. We don't run ads, sell your data, or bundle unrelated apps into the product.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to hold an Aerlet account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been compromised.
4. Fees and billing
Aerlet is a paid service with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, payment is taken automatically via Stripe on the billing cycle shown at signup. You can cancel at any time; your mailbox stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't prorate partial periods.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Aerlet to:
Send spam or unsolicited bulk email · Distribute malware or run phishing campaigns · Violate any applicable law · Infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy · Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Aerlet's systems or other users' mailboxes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with notice where practical — immediately, without notice, where necessary to protect the service or other users (for example, active spam or compromise).
6. Availability
We aim to keep Aerlet reliably available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We'll do reasonable maintenance outside peak hours where we can, and we'll tell you about planned downtime that's likely to be noticeable.
7. Your data
How we collect, use, and protect your personal data is covered in ourPrivacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
Aerlet's name, logo, and site content are owned by Aerlet B.V. Your email content is yours — using the service doesn't give us any rights to it beyond what's needed to deliver and store it on your behalf.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may terminate your account for violation of the acceptable use policy, non-payment, or if required by law. On closure, mailbox content is deleted per the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
Aerlet is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Dutch or EU law (for example, liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country of residence under EU law.
12. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email before the changes take effect.
